Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

It was easy and quick to get an appointment with a very qualified technician. Wojchieh arrived in a timely manner and was respectful, informative, and extremely thorough. He explained everything as he was working through diagnosing and fixing the issue at hand while also explaining possible future issues that could arise. We also appreciated how hard he worked to exhaust every least invasive approach to fixing our backup before needing to remove any plumbing fixtures; and he was overall very professional and courteous.

RotoRooter, and especially Juan, is the best you can ask for in this industry. Replacing pipes can be a painful and expensive process, but Juan was direct, honest, and helpful through the whole set up and signing. He and his crew were hard working, cheerful, and got everything done in one day, and we can already tell the work is rock solid. We have a couple of other spots still left to do in our 50+ year old house, and we know exactly who we’ll be calling.

Thank you Leo! He arrived on time both days and was so nice. He explained everything well and got our water heater replaced quickly after it flooded our basement. He is amazing and was thorough on explaining all our options. (We had to do this at our condo using another provider and compared to that, this was a breeze)

Our laundry slop sink backed up because the main line was clogged, what should have been a routine snake job turned into them breaking the cap off of one of the pipes then proceeding to tell me that the I would have to pay for what they broke. Needless to say they wrapped my broken pipe with material they found in my basement and charged us 600 bucks for. Breaking and Snaking. Amongst that there was garbage left in my driveway as well as was looks like a piss bottle. Would never use them again. Absolutely terrible. They also left their gloves everywhere. Also note this is a general review, not sure which station they were from.
